VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO ENTER BELARUS
For Tourist Visa
Your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity beyond your intended stay in Belarus. You must have at least one (1) blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.
One (1) Passport-type Photograph, must be 2" x 2" and taken recently.
If you formerly had USSR or Belarusian citizenship, please submit the documents proving the loss of its citizenship.
For Tour Group Passenger: A letter from tour company confirming itinerary and including a copy of the confirmation from an authorized Belarus travel company or Belarus Tour Operator which shows the operators license number for the visa.
For Individual Travel: Original confirmation of hotel arrangements from an authorized Belarus travel company, such as BELARUSTOURIST.

Original invitation from an organization authorized to invite business visitors to Belarus. The letter of invitation should be made on an official letterhead and should have a signature of the head of a company as well as a corporate seal.
Multiple Entry Visa requires confirmation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Belarus.

Visa entitlement certificate (Zaprashenne) from the local visa office at the Ministry of the Interior in Belarus. Your host must obtain this certificate for you and send the original certificate to you.
