VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S./NON-US CITIZENS TO ENTER
RUSSIA

For Tourist Visa

1. Your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity beyond your intended stay in Russia. You must have at least one (1) blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.
   
   
2. One (1) Online Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed.
   
   
3. One (1) Passport-type Photograph, must be 2" x 2" and taken recently.
   
   
4. Tourist Visa Support Letter is required.
   If you need us to assist you in getting a Tourist Visa Support, please contact us at (202)277-1669. The additional cost for the Visa Support is $35.00.
   
   
5. For Non-US citizens, please also provide a copy of your US Green Card and a photocopy of your medical insurance card.
   
   
6. If you require the 2 business days rush processing, please provide a copy of flight/cruise itinerary. 
   
   
7. Complete our Visa Order Form (print from browser).

For Business Visa

4. Business Visa Support Letter is required.
   The Visa Support must be from the Russian Ministry of Interior or an authorized Russian agency.

5. For Non-US citizens, please also provide a copy of your US Green Card and a photocopy of your medical insurance card.
   
   
6. A business letter of responsibility (Sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
   
   Embassy of Russia, Visa Section, Washington, D.C.
   
   The letter must explain all of the following:
   • The purpose of visit
   • Business reference in Russia to be visited
   • Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant and their return transportation to the U.S.
     
     
7. If you require the 2 business days rush processing, please provide a copy of flight itinerary.
