VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO ENTER
UKRAINE


NOTE: Effective July 2005 U.S. citizens do not require a visa to visit Ukraine for up to 90 days during any 6 months period.

For Tourist Visa

  1. Your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity beyond your intended stay in Ukraine. You must have at least one (1) blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.
  2. One (1) Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed.
  3. One (1) Passport-type Photograph, must be 2" x 2" and taken recently.
  4. A copy of round-trip airline tickets or a flight itinerary.
  5. First time visitors are usually not issued multiple entries visas, but applicants who have previously made 2-3 visits to Ukraine may be granted multiple entries (1-5 years) at the sole discretion of the Consul. Double or single entry visas are routinely granted where multiple entries visa is not available.
  6. Complete our Visa Order Form (print from browser).


For Business Visa

  1. Your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity beyond your intended stay in Ukraine. You must have at least one (1) blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.
  2. One (1) Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed.
  3. One (1) Passport-type Photograph, must be 2" x 2" and taken recently.
  4. A copy of round-trip airline tickets or a flight itinerary.
  5. A Letter of Invitation from host or organization to be visited in Ukraine.
  6. Complete our Visa Order Form (print from browser).


Official/Diplomatic Travel

  1. Your Official/Diplomatic passport, must be signed and have at least 6 months remaining validity.
  2. One (1) Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed.
  3. Two (2) recent Passport-type Photograph.
  4. U.S. Department of State visa cover letter.
  5. Completed Visa Order Form (print from browser).

Your application will be checked and hand carried to the Embassy and is usually processed in 9 business days. Rush service is available in 3 business days for additional consular fees.
