VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO ENTER
VENEZUELA


Consular jurisdiction applies to Venezuelan visas – E&G Visa Services can only process applications for persons who are residents of the following states: DC, VA, MD, KY, OH, WV.

For Tourist Visa

  1. Your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity beyond your intended stay in Venezuela. You must have at least one (1) blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.
  2. One (1) Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed.
  3. Two (2) Passport-type Photograph, must be 2" x 2" and taken recently.
  4. A copy of round-trip airline tickets or a flight itinerary.
  5. Certification of employment, specifying the following: length of employment, position, salary.
  6. Bank reference letter (not a bank statement) verifying opening date, number and type of account, current balance.
  7. Complete our Visa Order Form (print from browser).


For Business Visa

  1. Your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity beyond your intended stay in Venezuela. You must have at least one (1) blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.
  2. One (1) Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed.
  3. Two (2) Passport-type Photograph, must be 2" x 2" and taken recently.
  4. A copy of round-trip airline tickets or a flight itinerary.
  5. A business letter of responsibility (Sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

    Embassy of Venezuela, Visa Section, Washington, D.C.

    The letter must explain all of the following:
    • The purpose of visit
    • Business reference in Venezuela to be visited
    • Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant and their return transportation to the U.S.
  6. Complete our Visa Order Form (print from browser).


Official/Diplomatic Travel

  1. Your Official/Diplomatic passport, must be signed and have at least 6 months remaining validity.
  2. One (1) Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed.
  3. Two (2) recent Passport-type Photograph.
  4. U.S. Department of State visa cover letter.
  5. Completed Visa Order Form (print from browser).

    • $19.00 FedEx (2nd Business Day - up to 3 passports)
    • $45.00 FedEx (Saturday Delivery - up to 3 passports)
    • $41.00 FedEx (Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, USVI, Canada - 2nd Business Day/Overnight Delivery) NO SATURDAY DELIVERY

Your application will be checked and hand carried to the Embassy and is usually processed in 4-5 days.
